Recently, one of our customers faced a critical challenge. After defective parts reached their customer’s production floor, they were placed on a three-month containment and required to use an ISO-certified third party to inspect every part before shipment. So, that’s where we stepped in.
Within just 10 days, we expanded our team to 70 trained inspectors, enabling the inspection of over one million parts per week. Each part was reviewed for eight unique imperfections, supported by a live reporting system that captured defect images, batch data, and lot numbers directly from the inspection floor.
This real-time visibility empowered the customer to:
